By driving on a toll motorway section without a valid motorway e-vignette, the driver commits an administrative transgression and is liable to a fine of up to CZK 5,000 (approx. 200 Euro) on the spot or up to CZK 20,000 (approx. 820 Euro) in administrative proceedings.
