If the payment was declined, no charge was made and no purchase was completed.
If your credit card payment was declined, please check the following:
- Card details – ensure the card number, expiry date, and security code were entered correctly
- Sufficient funds or credit limit – verify that your card allows the transaction amount
- Online or international payments – some cards block online or cross-border transactions by default
- Card security checks – your bank may have declined the payment as part of fraud prevention (e.g. 3-D Secure)
Please try again using:
- The same card after verifying the details, or

A different credit or debit card, or another available payment method
If the problem continues, please contact your card issuer or bank for further information, as they can provide the exact reason for the decline.
